See the person
beyond the label.

I’m Paul. A speaker, author, dad and grandad, helping people understand Tourette syndrome and neurodivergence through the life I’ve lived.

My story

A lifetime of questions.
A voice for change.

Recognition & community

ESSTS Ambassador Award
Recognised by the European Society for the Study of Tourette Syndrome.

Champion
Tourette’s Support NI & ROI

I was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome at 46 and ADHD at 60. Those answers helped me understand struggles I had carried for years, and gave me a different way to see myself.

Today, I share that lived experience in schools, workplaces and public conversations. My work is about opening dialogue, challenging stigma and helping people recognise the strengths and needs of the person in front of them.

I am a Lived Experience Ambassador with Genius Within CIC, an author and an international speaker. Wherever I speak, I bring the same belief: kindness, curiosity and understanding can make a real difference.

I am proud to have received the ESSTS Ambassador Award and to have been appointed a Champion of Tourette’s Support NI & ROI. Both mean a great deal to me and reflect my commitment to helping our community feel seen and understood.

“I want people to see the person beyond the tics.”
